Fixes for sync, friends and missing counts.
My Watch and iPhone counts differ
Open the app on both devices and keep them close together for a moment. Counts and your phrase library sync between them whenever both are reachable.
A day's count looks wrong
Days follow your local calendar. If you changed time zone or traveled, a count may fall on a different day than you expect. Undo and Reset only affect the current phrase and day.
I turned on iCloud sync and nothing changed
The iCloud sync setting applies the next time you open the app. Close the app fully and reopen it. You must be signed in to iCloud on the device.
My friend doesn't show up
- Confirm your friend has turned on sharing.
- Enter their four-digit code exactly, or paste the whole invite message.
- Check that you are both signed in to iCloud.
A friend's total is a periodic snapshot, so it can lag behind their live count.
The widget shows an old number
Widgets refresh on a schedule set by iOS, so they can lag behind the app. Open the app to bring your totals up to date.
