The Watch app has a phrase picker and a daily counter. Your phrase library, selected phrase and counts sync with your iPhone.
Double Tap
On supported watches running watchOS 11 or later, Double Tap counts hands-free: pinch your index finger and thumb twice to add a count.
Widgets and complications
